    Emma is right, from my personal experience, vitamin C and an orange juice is at great help there. I also eat apples, fresh garlic with some meal as rice for example. Taking paracetamol should also help at least would not do any harm, I take paracetamol in powder with Lemon or Blackcurrant flavour, you just purr it in a hot water and drink it hot – nice :)
